The barely unillegal madness contains:
Gruyere
Orange Cheddar Cheese
Romano
4 the Roux:
3/4 stick of butter
3tbs flour
1&1/2 cups of sea salt veg. broth
1lb elbow noodles
1 tbs. garlic powder
half cup 1/2 & 1/2
1 egg
splash of oregano
pepper&salt
top off with Tabasco. this is not optional.
