Healthy Breakfasts are mmmmmm mmm good!

Chive Omelet and salad breakfast for the health conscious, but not obsessed.

1 Egg and 1 Egg-white
Chives
1/2 a babybel cheese
pepper (no salt)

Tomato
mixed greens (i use a farmers market mix with spicy greens, and lots of herbs)

for the dijon vinaigrette:
EVOO
Dijon
red wine vinegar
